PHPGMailDrive(PGD) is PHP script that allows people to use GMail large mail space as a file server. As of PGD 0.4.0, the web application have been redesigned to use ExtJS and hence provide a User-Friendly GUI and utilises AJAX and JSon to transfer data between the GUI and the backend. PGD has been released under the LGPL license and hence contributes to the opensource world.

qBlog is my first project that runs on the CodeIgniter framework. On my free time, I developed qBlog to practice my PHP and SQL skills. Currently, the blog is functional but buggy. qBlog uses Prototype/Scriptaculous to create the effects and provides AJAX communication with the backend. qBlog is very incomplete and in my opinion relies too much on AJAX. This may be a big problem in real world application. Since then, I have stopped developing it.

ShoutBack is my other project that run on CodeIgniter. ShoutBack basically acts likes a shoutbox but with Categories and not meant to put on blog. I developed this application to see how long would I take to complete a simple application. It 3 days to complete the whole system with a simple interface. With ExtJS and Prototype/Scriptaculous later on, ShoutBack became a “no-refresh” application.

Operands Automation & Services is a company which provides services related to the factory automation industry. The client have requested to have a blog on the frontpage. I created the design based on MODxCMS default template. The template was then ported to wordpress system.
